At Pentons Performance Therapy we offer a wide range of services aimed at keeping your body in perfect working order. The beauty of the way we work is that we are able to modify our services and use them in conjunction with each other to cater for every need, from Stress relief, injury treatment and Prehabilitation, to get you back to sport/exercise stronger than you've ever been before. We use a vast range of skills and expertise to get you back to optimal performance including Sports Massage, Manual Therapy, Joint Mobilisation, Dry Needling, Dry Cupping, and Kinesiology Taping to name a few.

The Clinic
Our Clinic rooms are not your usual Clinical setting. We use soft ambient lighting, to create a welcoming, relaxing and calming atmosphere. Coming for treatment can be a little intimidating but not at Pentons Performance Therapy. Rooms are equipped with Fish tanks to continue the calming feel. Our Real Life Fitness Clinic is big enough to run through rehabilitation exercises in the comfort of the therapy room itself.
The Gym Group Cheltenham
The Gym offers a spacious gym floor with lots of quality kit. One of the cleanest commercial gyms around, kit always put away and in the correct place. The Gym offers a large free weights area, plenty of resistance machines, a large cardio area with plenty of treadmills, bike ergs, ski ergs, and more.
The Clinic
Our Clinic at The Gym Group also offers a welcoming and calming ambiance. Lit with lamps rather than intimidating ceiling lights. You don't need to be a member of the gym to book a treatment here. With space to run through assessments, biomechanics and to run through aftercare and rehab. Make sure to check the booking confirmations so you know which clinic to attend.
REAL LIFE FITNESS GYM
Our Partnership with Real Life Fitness means we are able to offer full access to the well equipped gym. This enables us to run through detailed rehabilitation programmes and aftercare work to ensure recovery and treatment is as effective as possible. Although our rehabilitation programmes are designed around home life having access to a spacious gym allows us to take you through more advanced training programmes.
